We offer an easy and hassle-free 48 hour return policy. If you wish to return or exchange your watch for any reason, we will gladly do our best to accommodate you.

For unworn and undamaged products within the refund time frame, Sinclair Timepieces will offer a refund based on the original payment method, excluding shipping and transaction fees. All items must be returned in the same exact condition, with the same accessories in which the watch was originally sold.

Refunds will be processed after a comprehensive inspection by our watch experts to ensure that the watch is in the same exact condition as it was when it was sold. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued.

Refunds will be issued at Sinclair Timepieces sole discretion. Exclusions may apply.
